In the new format of the NVM Open House Day, the housing questions of the consumer are central. When requesting an appointment, the consumer specifies their specific areas of interest. This allows the realtor to provide personalized advice tailored to the consumer's needs, such as the value of the property, sustainability options, or the housing market in the area. The advice is free and non-binding.
On the special website www.openhuizendag.nl, consumers with questions about their home, its value, sustainability options, or the housing market can schedule a personal appointment, either at home or online, with an NVM realtor. During this non-binding appointment, the NVM realtor will answer all housing-related questions and provide expert advice. The NVM Open House Day 2021 will took place on Saturday, October 2.
Responsible Approach
The ongoing Covid situation required caution and the avoidance of unnecessary risks. With this approach, NVM ensured that there are no large-scale house visits and contacts. These non-binding home visits made the previous NVM Open House Days a great success. Homeowners can now receive personal and accessible information in a responsible manner.
